木炭添加對杉木粒片水泥板性質之影響(ll)-成板之耐燃、電磁波及隔音性質

本研究將一般市售木炭,添加至杉木粒片水泥混合物中,製造木炭-杉木粒片水泥板,並探討木炭對杉木粒片水泥板耐燃、電磁波及隔音性質之影響。結果顯示杉木粒片水泥板均無法通過CNS 6532耐燃2級之標準,然而C70w8ch22(水泥70:木材8:木炭22)、C75w6ch19(水泥75:木材6:木炭19)、C80w15ch5(水泥80:木材15:木炭5)、C80w5ch15(水泥80:木材5:木炭15)與C80w0ch20(水泥80:木材0:木炭20)等五種木炭-杉木粒片水泥板可通過耐燃2級標準。凡水泥混合量75%(C75)之木炭-杉木粒片水泥板其電磁波介入衰減值(3.5~13 dB),反射衰減值(0.6~6.7 dB),其中以木炭水泥板(C75w0ch25)之電磁波遮蔽性能最優良,分別為介入衰減值(6.1~13 dB)及反射衰減值(0.6~3.5 dB);顯示木炭添加量愈多者,電磁波之反射與吸收效果較優良。水泥混合量75%(C75)之木炭-杉木粒片水泥板,其隔音等級(STC)值為43~45 dB。顯示隨著木炭添加量愈多,板材之單位面積重量愈大,隔音效果較優良。木炭杉木粒片水泥板之電磁波遮蔽性及隔音性能遠較純木質板材類優良。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of charcoal on the incombustible, electromagnetic wave and sound insulation characteristics of cement bonded China fir particleboard. The results showed that all kinds of cement bonded China fir particleboards couldn't pass the second grade of CNS 6532 standard. But, five mixed ratios of cement bonded charcoal-China fir particleboards such as C70w8ch22 (Cement 70 : wood 8 : charcoal 22), C75w6ch19 (Cement 75 : wood 6 : charcoal 19), C80w15ch5 (Cement 80 : wood 15 : charcoal 5), C80w5ch15 (Cement 80 : wood 5 : charcoal 15) and C80w0ch20 (Cement 80 : wood 0 : charcoal 20) could pass the second grade of CNS 6532 standard. The cement bonded charcoal-China fir particleboard (C75wOch25) with 25% charcoal addition with showed the inserted loss value and reflective loss value of electromagnetic wave is 3.5~13 dB and 0.6~6.7 dB, respectively. However, electromagnetic shielding characteristic of cement bonded charcoal particleboard is the best for inserted loss value (6.1~13 dB) and reflective loss value (0.6~3.5 dB). The higher charcoal content showed the better performance of the inserted loss value and reflective loss value of electromagnetic wave shielding characteristics. The sound insulation grade (STC value) of the using 75% cement bonded charcoal-China fir particleboard with 75% showed 43~45. Obviously, the higher charcoal content and weight/area ratio of boards, the better performance of sound insulation. The electromagnetic shielding and sound insulation characteristics of the tested boards are better than those of wood-based material boards.
