Stress from environment, organizations, and personal problems is prevalent in our daily life and work. According to research findings, moderate stress can facilitate job performance, but high level stress is intolerable to human beings, and may lead to physiological, behavioral, cognitive, and emotional dysfunction. This paper will first discuss the stressors and their influence, and then suggest some stress management strategies. These strategies can be classified into four types: physiological methods, psychological methods, time management, and the establishment and utilization of personal support system. Each of them will be disscussed in detail in the paper.
