人工全髖和全膝關節置換微創手術

Minimally Invasive Surgery for Total Hip and Total Knee Arthroplasty

摘要


在骨科手術中,微創手術(minimally invasive surgery)已經衍生為傳統手術技巧的正式替代方案,目前許多骨科醫師可以在比傳統手術傷口更小的微創傷口中,進行各式各樣的骨科手術。人工全髖關節和人工全膝關節置換手術也是一樣,微創人工全髖關節和微創人工全膝關節置換手術技巧,在過去10年已經取得相當大的進展,許多人工關節置換手術專家,都可以使用比過去傳統手術傷口小一半以上的微創傷口,來進行人工全髖關節和人工全膝關節置換手術置換關節。而微創人工全髖關節和微創人工全膝關節置換手術,已經由最早追求微小傷口及美觀的初衷,進化成為一項減少軟組織破壞,但又能同時達成傳統人工全髖關節和傳統人工全膝關節置換手術的安全性和手術品質的科學,進而達到術後快速復健和恢復的效果,因此相當值得在國內骨科界推廣。

Minimally invasive surgery (MIS) has evolved as an alternative to traditional surgical techniques in orthopedics. Many orthopedic surgeons are nowutilizing small surgical field to perform various orthopedic surgeries, including total hip arthroplasty (THA) and total knee arthroplasty (TKA). There has been a great progress for MIS techniques in THA and TKA in the last decade. A lot of arthroplasty specialists are utilizing mini-incision, which is half the length of the standard incision in traditional surgery, to perform THA and TKA. For arthroplasty specialists who use MIS in routine THA and TKA, the pursuit of small wound and cosmetic beauty has evolved to the pursuit of minimal tissue trauma, and post-operative safety and quality of surgical outcomes, thus making the THA and TKA patients gain the rapid rehabilitation and recovery, and earlyreturn to normal life after surgery. It is worthy to promote MIS techniques for THA and TKA in orthopedics nationwidely.
