Application of Medical Simulation in the Problem-Based Learning Curriculum

摘要


利用模擬人情境案例進行問題導向學習課程的模擬導向教學,在歷經過去15年發展,不論是課程設計或是課程評量皆已臻成熟。透過親手操作的擬真經驗,學生除了可以加深學習印象,增加學習興趣及鞏固學習成效的儲存,也能在主動學習機會下被激發出關鍵性思考與自我信心強化。

Simulation-based learning (SBL) using mannequin scenarios in PBL format has become sophisticated in both curriculum design and outcome assessment in past 15 years. SBL provides the increase of learning impact, the enhancement of learning interest, the endurance of learning results, the opportunity for active learning, the promotion of critical thinking and the build-up of self-confidence through the hands-on practice on simulated scenarios.
