Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on the Shoot Multiplication and Shoot Growth of Oval Kumquat (Fortunella margarita Swingle) in Vitro

摘要


本研究主要目的乃探討長實金柑之增殖培養及幼梢生長培養。由莖頂培養後獲得之幼梢,經由6次繼代回幼處理再進行增殖試驗。增殖培養以含有30 g/l蔗糖及8 g/l洋菜之MS培養基添加1 mg/l BA及 0.1 mg/l IBA培養30日後可獲得4倍之增殖率。而最佳幼梢生長條件為培養於含有30 g/l蔗糖及8 g/l洋菜之MS培養基添加1 mg/l BA或0.1 mg/l kinetin。

For the purpose of mass propagation, the culture from the shoot tips of oval kumquat was studied. Explants were obtained from the shoot tip culture, followed by six regenerative subcultures. It was found that the rate of multiplication was four times after the explants were cultured on MS solid medium containing 30 g/l sucrose, 8 g/l agar with the addition of 1 mg/l BA and 0.1 mg/l IBA, for 30 days. The shoots cultured on an MS solid medium containing 30 g/l sucrose, 8 g/l agar with the addition of 1 mg/l BA, or 0.1 mg/l kinetin appeared to have the best growth rate.
