The paper focuses on analysis of corner kicks at FIFA World Cup in Germany, targeting 16 games at the 18th FIFA World Cup in Germany. Data were gathered from video in slow motion, Liberty Times and Chinatimes as well as those over the Internet to have conclusions after quantitative analysis. 1. Most of corner kicks were at the last stage (76-90), followed by overtime games (105-120). The two periods are critical before the end of the games. 2. There was an opportunity of corner kick for each 2 to 3 minutes. Goals could be made with corner kicks each 3 minutes. Increase of corner kicks means loss of goals or even the games. 3. There were five goals by corner kicks in the games of the16 teams.
