Key Factors for Senior Citizen Purchasing Health-Care Smartwatch

摘要

本研究以科技接受模式為理論基礎，針對穿戴式裝置應用於銀髮族醫療照護智慧型手錶，探討影響購買的關鍵因素，以期提供給相關廠商，做為研發該類產品之參考。根據研究結論，廠商在研發醫療照護智慧型手錶時，應特別關注於便利性，再結合既有的遠端醫療照護資源，加上讓銀髮族能操作簡便的人機介面；不但會讓使用者覺得有價值、有用且易用，也會對銀髮族的醫療照護發揮實質的效用。

This research is based on widely used technology acceptance model, focusing on wearable devices applied to smart watch for senior citizens healthcare, to identify the key factors on purchasing which could be a reference for relevant companies working on wearable devices research and development. The result suggests that convenience should be highly emphasized on the research and development of healthcare smart watches. Integrating with remote healthcare resources and human machine interface, which is easy to operate for the senior citizens. The results not only make the users feel the product valuable, useful and convenient, but also provide substantial help for senior citizens healthcare.
