This paper is a preliminary study about the effect of Buddhist belief on people living with HIV/AIDS. It is based on the interviews with six Buddhist gay men living with HIV/AIDS. The discussion in this paper includes the interviewees' perspectives on (homo) sexuality, religious explanation about contracting HIV/AIDS, etc. Karma is an issue that frequently discussed. Although the interviewees may have different explanation about the issues discussed, they generally reveal a positive about life.
