A Study of the Relationship among Learning Motivation Characteristics, Perceived Usefulness and Academic Achievement of ERP Courses

摘要

本研究主要探討大學生之學習動機特質對ERP系統課程學業成就的影響以及大學生對ERP系統課程之認知有用性，對學習動機特質與ERP系統課程學業成就間之干擾效果。本研究以中部某私立大學會計系四年級144位學生為研究對象，並將所蒐集的資料以階層迴歸分析進行檢定。研究結果顯示：(1)大學生之學習動機特質影響ERP系統課程之學業成就；(2)大學生對ERP系統課程之認知有用性為學習動機特質與ERP系統課程學業成就間之干擾變項。本研究根據研究結果提出建議，以供ERP系統課程教學及未來研究之參考。

This study investigated the association between learning motivation characteristics and academic achievement levels among college students attending enterprise resource planning (ERP) courses. This study also examined whether college students' perceived usefulness of ERP courses is a mediator of learning motivation characteristics and academic achievement levels. In this study, 144 students from a private university in Taiwan were sampled for empirical analysis. The data were analyzed using hierarchical regression. The major findings were as follows: (1) learning motivation characteristics can predict the academic achievement levels of college students attending ERP courses; (2) college students' perceived usefulness of ERP courses is a mediator of learning motivation characteristics and academic achievement levels. According to these findings, some suggestions were made. ERP educational guidance and additional study suggestions were provided.
