參與跨國合作專案學習教師之師生關係信念研究

Teachers' Beliefs of Project Based Learning in the International Education and Resource Network: In the Relationship between Teachers and Students

摘要


本研究選擇三位參與跨國合作專案學習教師爲研究對象,採用質性研究法,探討參與跨國合作專案學習教師在師生關係的教師信念。本研究以深入訪談爲蒐集資料的主要方法,輔以活動觀察、網路觀察、蒐集相關文件資料,將所獲得的資料進行歸納分析,並運用三角校正法來檢核驗。研究結果發現: 一、三位教師均認爲透過iEARN的專案學習活動比起學校生活,師生之間的情誼更融洽,師生之間亦師亦友,教師也是學生的好榜樣。 (一)A老師所呈現的信念層面,包含三個具體的信念,分別是「更能增進師生情誼」、「幫助學生成長」、「增進師生人際關係」。 (二)B老師所呈現的信念層面,包含三個具體的信念,分別是「師生關係像朋友」、「幫助學生成長」、「教師是學生的榜樣」。 (三)C老師所呈現的信念層面,包含三個具體的信念,分別是「增進師生情誼」、「幫助學生成長」、「教師身教力行激勵學生」。 二、研究者透過訪談教師及學生並經由觀察中看到,在iEARN的專案學習活動中,個案教師秉持著幫助學生的信念,積極參與活動,並明確地知道自己的角色即是學生的學習榜樣,也從學生經歷活動過程後的成長,更加堅定其努力推廣跨國專案學習活動的信念;對學生而言,他們感受到教師的熱忱及專業,在活動中引領著他們的學習及生涯方向,對於個案教師的教學及態度,充滿了感激及敬佩。 本研究最後根據研究結果提出了數項建議,以作爲教師參與跨國合作專案學習之研究、教師思考自身的教師信念及相關教育機構作計畫或推廣時的參考。

This research selected three teachers to participate in the study of project based learning in the International Education and Resource Network as the research resources. The qualitative methodology was adopted to participate in the study of teachers' beliefs in the relationship of teacher and student. The research was mainly based on depth interviews, with an addition of observation in activities and network and references, which were generalized and analyzed and were verified by the triangulation method. The results were summarized as follows: A. Each of three teachers involved in this research showed to have their individual beliefs. A-1) Teachers' Beliefs of A:1) to promote friendship of teacher and student; 2) to help the students according to their individual talent; 3) to promote the interpersonal relationship of teacher and student. A-2) Teachers' Beliefs of B:1) the relationship of teacher and student like friends; 2) to help the students according to their individual talent;;3) teacher set a good example to student. A-3) Teachers' Beliefs of C:1) to promote friendship of teacher and student; 2) to help the students according to their individual talent; 3) teacher set a good example to student. B. According to this research, several suggestions were proposed for teachers to conduct research in the project based learning of iEARN and to establish their teaching beliefs, and for the education agencies to make policies and plans of special music talent program.
