談《傷寒論》的六經氣化與證治

摘要

六經氣化學說是研究《傷寒論》的六經實質及其辨證論治規律的一種學說。陳修園曾說：「六氣之標本中氣不明，不可以讀傷寒論。」此話雖然言之過激，但也突出了《傷寒論》氣化學說的重要意義。今就六經病變中的氣化學術淵源及其基本理論與運動的規律，作一淺析。綜觀六經病情雖然複雜，若能對本標中氣有一大要的瞭解，只要抓住了標本中氣從化規律，便可起到執簡馭繁的作用。

Six Sutra is a theory to study the six-warp essence of the theory of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease and its law of syndrome differentiation. Chen Xiuxen once said: ＂Six gas specimen gas is unknown, can not read Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease.＂ ＂Although this remark is excessive, it also highlights the significance of the gasification theory of the theory of typhoid fever. Since the publication of the theory of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease, there had been hundreds of scholars to cure typhoid fever, from different angles, using different methods of reasoning for research, on behalf of the famous Yin. However, from the standard gas to explain the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease of the six through the Conghua relationship was few, the representative of this school has Zhang Yinji, Chen Xiuxen and so on. The teacher Liu Duzhou also attached great importance to the theory of gasification.
