摘要

本文探討一位罹患淋巴癌化療病患之中醫護理經驗，筆者運用中醫四診為評估指引，並經由觀察、會談身體評估及病歷來收集資料，於2011年7月8日至2011年8月18日護理期間，確定主要健康問題有三項，包括（1）疼痛，（2）失眠，（3）潛在危險性感染。護理重點為依病患的個別性，經由筆者主動關懷，提供相關的衛教，以改善疼痛、失眠和預防感染，進而減少合併症、增進舒適及面對化療後的過程。在此提供護理經驗給臨床護理人員，照顧癌症化療病患之參考。

This paper describes the experience of nursing a patient with lymphoma who was undergoing chemotherapy. Four examinations that are used in traditional Chinese medicine are performed. Data were collected by observation, interview, physical assessment, and medical records. During the period of nursing from July 8, 2011 to August 18, 2011, three main health problems were identified. They were (1) pain, (2) insomnia and (3) potential risk of infection. The focus of the nursing was on providing health education to reduce pain and insomnia and to prevent infection, and thereby to help the patient face the treatment process. The experience of nursing and caring for a patient who was undergoing chemotherapy provides a reference for clinical nurses.
