運用資訊系統提昇針灸治療醫護溝通滿意度改善專案

摘要


提昇醫療照護人員溝通有效性為衛生福利部推動病人安全八大目標之一,顯示醫護間良好溝通為維護病人安全要素,本小組調查發現針灸治療過程中醫護溝通滿意度僅65.2%,因缺乏完整針灸記錄、交接正確起針時間、及醫護間完善交接溝通系統等。本次藉由建構完善資訊系統,製作數位化針灸穴位資訊系統、藉由取針時間及針灸治療照護事項等功能,護理師能依提示系統準時取針,並輸入針灸治療記錄,更連結醫護雙方作業系統,建構醫護間良好溝通管道,進而維護病人安全。實施方案後,醫護間溝通滿意度提升達94.8%,達成專案目標。冀望本專案資訊系統能推廣至其他科別,提昇醫護溝通有效性,以促進病人安全及增進照護品質。

Effective communication among medical care professionals is considered as 8 goals of patient safety from Executive Yuan in Taiwan. The team of this study investigated the current situation of communication between Chinese medicine practitioners and nursing staff and revealed the satisfaction rate was 65.2% due to lack of complete acupuncture record, correct needle retraction time, and proper communication systems. IT systems were used to substitute and improve upon paper records. Digital acupuncture point maps were used to record the number, duration, position, needle retraction time and other additional information during acupuncture therapy sessions. Nursing care systems were constructed to automatically notify the nursing staff when to retract needles, and also to record patient response feedback to physicians. After execution of this project, the satisfaction rate of communication between Chinese medicine practitioners and nursing staff increased to 94.8%. We recommended increasing the use of computerized systems to increase effective communication between physicians and nurses, alleviate clinical work load, increase patient safety, and finally, provide higher quality medical care for patient.
