Notes on Taiwan Zygomycetes (XIV): Two new records of Umbelopsis in Taiwan

摘要

Two Umbelopsis (Umbelopsidaceae, Mucorales, Mucoromycotina) species were isolated from soil and identified as U. angularis and U. dimorpha, which are newly recorded in Taiwan. Umbelopsis are characterized by velvety colonies with a red to brown color, sporangiophores developed from a basal swollen trunk, and spores variable in shape. Identification of Umbelopsis species in this study was based on morphological characters.

一項臺灣接合菌綱研究中，由土壤分離、鑑定出2 種深黃傘形黴屬(Umbelopsis)、深黃傘形黴科(Umbelopsidaceae)、毛黴目(Mucorales)、毛黴亞門(Mucoromycotina)真菌。Umbelopsis 屬主要的形態特徵是菌落平坦，菌落為褐色到紅色，孢子囊柄分枝從柄上近基部膨大處長出，頂端形成孢子囊，孢子的形狀多變。此兩種分別為U. angularis 及U. dimorpha，為臺灣新紀錄種。本研究報告此兩新紀錄種形態特徵及與相近種類之比較。
