摘要

以螢光眼底攝影檢查法檢查原由病的病例共8例，得下例的螢光眼底所見：發病初期可見網膜色素上皮層剝離及續發神經上皮層剝離的螢光眼底變化，視神經盤可見有螢光素的漏出，特殊的一例於此期即有色素沈著的變化，恢復期時主要為網膜色素上皮層剝離的變化，少部分可見色素脫失的現象，視神經盤螢光素的漏出漸減退，後期時為網膜色素上皮層色素脫失的螢光眼底所見，視神經盤不見有螢光素的漏出。

During these one year period, 8 cases of Harada's disease were examined by fluorescein angiography.
In the initial stage, numerous discrete fluorescent dots were noticed owing to the picture of retinal pigment epithelium detachment. Some of these fluorescent dots with a tendency to gradually enlarge and form the mounds of dye pooling might show the secondary detachment of the neuroepithelium. Increased permeability of the disc capillaries was also noticed. In one exceptional case, pigment deposition was found in this stage.
In the recovery stage, multiple discrete fluorescent dots owing to the pigment epithelium detachment and sometimes depigmentary process were noticed. The leakage of fluorescein from disc capillaries gradually decreased.
In the late stage, multiple fluorescent dots due to depigmentary process were found. The disc capillaries showed no dye leakage.
The retinal vascular network remained consistently spared from the pathologic process.
