Quality Control Charts for Random Fuzzy Manufacturing Environments

隨機模糊環境下的品質管制圖

摘要


全球化的商業環境加速產品更新,並且縮短產品生命周期。目前工業面臨著多樣化之挑戰,自產品設計、原料供應、中間部件製造、到最後商品的完成,每個環節皆與垮國公司相關。縮短產品生命周期與多樣化會把模糊不確定性和隨機不確定性一起帶入產品的製造過程中,因此在模糊性和隨機性共存於現代的製造業環境之下,爲尋求顧客的高滿意度與市場的更大佔有率,必需調整品質控制的方法。本研究的主要目的,以可信測度理論爲基礎,探討在隨機模糊環境中品質管制圖建構的問題。

Globalization business environment speeds up and shortens product life cycle. It is also noticed that today's industries face the challenges of diversification in product designs, row material supply, intermediate part manufacturing to final commercial goods, which are typical involving multi-national companies. Shortening product life cycle and diversification bring in vagueness and randomness together into manufacturing processes. Therefore randomness and fuzziness coexist in modern manufacturing environments and force us to adjust quality control methodology in order to seek high customer satisfaction and better market share. In this paper, we investigate quality control chart construction under random fuzzy environment on the foundation of the axiomatic credibility measure theory.
