本研究目的旨在探討籃球裁判自信心、焦慮、壓力對其執法表現滿意度影響之研究。本研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象以中華民國籃球協會認證之籃球裁判為對象,透過立意與滾雪球取樣方式共發出310份,回收率分別為98%。研究結果發現我國籃球裁判以男性為主,年齡以21-30 歲最多,教育程度為大學最多,證照等級以國家C 級最多,執法年資以5 年以下最多。 研究結論如下:(一)我國籃球裁判焦慮對自信心有顯著負向影響。(二)我國籃球裁判焦慮對壓力有顯著正向影響。(三)我國籃球裁判自信心對執法表現滿意度有顯著正向影響。(四)我國籃球裁判壓力對執法表現滿意度有顯著負向影響。(五)我國籃球裁判焦慮對執法表現滿意度有顯著負向影響。(六)我國籃球裁判自信心在焦慮與執法表現滿意度關係上存在中介效果。(七)我國籃球裁判壓力在焦慮與執法表現滿意度關係上並無存在中介效果。最後就本研究之研究發現,具體呈現研究貢獻與建議,以供學術界與實務做為參考之用。
The research is exploration of basketball Referees’ self-confidence, trait anxiety and stress to the basketball referees’ satisfaction of officiating performance. Using the basketball referees who have been identified by CTBA(Chinese Taipei Basketball Association) as samples. The method used in this study are purposive and snowball sampling. 310 questionnaires were distributed, and the return rates is 98%. Examined by descriptive statistic which demonstrated basketball referees are mainly males, the majority ages is among 21 to 30 years old, mostly of referees have university degrees, most qualifications are C levels of national, officiating seniorities are mostly under 5 years. The results of this study are concluded as follows:(1)Trait anxiety is closely associated with self-confidence and has a negative impact.(2)Trait anxiety is closely associated with stress and has a positive impact.(3)Self-confidence is closely associated with satisfaction of officiating performance and has a positive impact.(4)Stress is closely associated with satisfaction of officiating performance and has a negative impact.(5)Trait anxiety is closely associated with satisfaction of officiating performance and has a negative impact.(6)Self-confidence provides intermediate results for trait anxiety and for the satisfaction of officiating performance.(7)Stress does not provide intermediate results for trait anxiety and for the satisfaction of officiating performance. Lastly, based on the findings of this study with the participation of the illustration of the research contributions and suggestions, this study could be used as a reference in the academic and in practice.
