摘要


本研究由風藤莖部分離出七種成分,分別為futoquinol, futoenone, (+)-crotepoxide, galgravin, (-)-galbelgin, piperlactam S及piperolactam B。上述化合物皆用人類單核細胞為標的細胞,進行免疫藥理活性測試,以3H-thymidine 之攝取數量,計算細胞增生情形。結果發現化合物futoquinol, galgravin, piperlactam S 及piperolactam B具有抑制人類單核細胞的增生及丙種干擾素產生之能力,而此抑制機轉可能與細胞激素產生的降低有關。

From the ethanol extract of the stem of Piper kadsura (Piperaceae), seven compounds-futoquinol; futoenone; (+)-crotepoxide; galgravin; (-)galbelgin; piperlactam S and piperolactam B were isolated, identified and tested for immunopharmacological activities with human mononuclear cells (HMNC) being used as target cells and cell proliferation determined by 3Hthymidine uptake. The results indicated that compounds futoquinol, galgravin, piperlactam S and piperolactam B potently inhibited HMNC proliferation and interferon-g production. Therefore immunosup pressive mechanisms might involve the impairment of cytokines production.
