摘要
假牙黏著劑的使用一直是個爭議的話題，面對假牙黏著劑，也許一般牙醫師會有些先入為主的刻板印象。近年來歐美之醫學中心或開業牙醫已漸漸可以接受假牙黏著劑是輔助全口假牙患者增加自信心、舒適感和改善咀嚼功效的方式之一。本篇文獻回顧即是針對在假牙黏著劑使用中可能產生的各種懷疑，整理在牙科學術期刊文獻中對於黏著劑在各方面的觀察與實驗的結果作一比對與探討，希望籍以對黏著劑的正確使用有更深一層的瞭解。

The use of denture adhesive has been a controversial issue. There may he some preconceived stereotypes on the denture adhesive. The literature has been gradually accepting that denture adhesive is able to assist the patients with complete denture to increase self-confidence, comfort and is a way to improve the effectiveness of chewing. This review is intended to make a collation and discussion from the observation and experimental results in dental literature, and hope to have a better understanding for denture adhesives usage.
