數位化發展對檔案應用服務之影響

摘要

本文主旨為探討國內外檔案典藏單位面對數位化發展的趨勢，在檔案應用服務之實施現況與未來可能做法。文中首先探討美、英、澳、紐等國之國家檔案館所提供的數位化檔案應用服務；其次，分析美、英、澳、紐等國國家檔案館的網站服務；最後，訪談國內主要檔案典藏單位負責人，瞭解其傳統與數位檔案應用服務內容，歸納總結論後提出相關建議，供相關單位採擇實施。

The purpose of this article is to discuss the impacts of digitization on the provision of archive services. This article surveys the archive services offered by a few national archives, and the services provided in their websites are discussed as well. Data collected from interviews are analyzed in order to understand the status quo and future direction of archive services in several Taiwan archive agencies. Finally, conclusions and suggestions are drawn for further consideration.
