中醫治療尿毒症腹膜透析噁心嘔吐病例報告

摘要

本病例為腹膜透析洗腎的尿毒症患者，以噁心嘔吐症狀為主要治病訴求，從病人近一年的血液檢查資料顯示，尿素與肌酐酸的血清值均較高，患者噁心嘔吐症狀，經用當歸四逆加吳茱萸生薑湯的辨證治療，獲得良好的緩解效果，其溫肝降逆止嘔的作用，似乎與BUN的血清值下降有闕，但對尿毒症其他的諸多毒素是否有排毒或化毒作用，值得進一步研究。

The present case was a peritoneal dialysis of uremia patient. He called on out patient department of Chinese Medicine and expected to treat her anorexia and vomiting symptoms. She was administered oral science herbs formula of Chinese Angelica Counterflow Cold Decoction Plus Evodia and Fresh Ginger for about one year and anorexia and vomiting got a marked remission. The data remonstrated that blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinin(Cr) were more high levels with peritoneal dialysis every month checked in recent one year science herbs treatment. The pharmacological effects of warm the liver, downbear counterflow and check vomiting of Chinese Angelica Counterflow Cold Decoction PlusEvodia and Fresh Ginger might be relationship with decreased BUN level in data. The formula where or not had an effect of expelling toxin or transforming toxin for uremia toxin substance worthy further study.
