不同施肥方式應用於設施瓜類栽培之研究

The Study of Different Fertilization on Fruit Vegetables in the Greenhouse

摘要


溫室小黃瓜試驗總產量以控釋肥處理的120公斤最佳,依次為一般化肥處理的102公斤,養液處理的64公斤,葉面肥處理為52公斤,空白處理為19公斤。葉面肥處理區因未施用基肥,以致小黃瓜初期生長慢,葉面積小無法吸收足夠葉肥而造成生長相對較慢產量差。美濃瓜果品分析,顯示單果重以一般、控釋肥、養液、葉面肥等4種處理較重,處理間無顯著差異但明顯優於對照組;糖度以控釋肥、養液、葉面肥為佳,顯著優於一般處理與對照組。不同施肥處理結果在小黃瓜產量與美濃瓜收益表現不同,故不同的作物栽培應使用不同的肥培管理才有較佳的表現,美濃瓜使用葉面施肥表現優於小黃瓜,可能與小黃瓜是連續性採收而美濃瓜為單次採收有關。美濃瓜若掌握關鍵施肥即可有較佳表現,小黃瓜若初期能施用基肥促進生長後,搭配養液滴灌或葉肥處理應有較佳的表現。

The highest yield of greenhouse cucumber was found with controlled-release fertilizer (CRFs) (120 kg), followed by traditional fertilization (102 kg), fluid fertilizer (64 kg), foliar fertilizer (52 kg), and blank of 19 kg. Poor yield of the treatment foliar fertilization was mainly due to the slow growing caused by no use of basal fertilizer. The slow growth in the early stage resulted in the small leaf area and poor nutrient uptake. The yield of traditional fertilization, CRFs, fluid fertilizer and foliar fertilization treatments were not significant difference but were higher than that of blank treatment.The brix values of CRFs and fluid fertilizer were higher than those of traditional fertilization and blank treatments. Growth performance varied in cucumber and melon with different fertilization treatments. Thus, different crop should use different fertilization. Melon yield was higher than cucumber, maybe due to the melon fruits was bigger and harvested one time but cucumber fruits were harvested many time. If based fertilizer were used in the early growing stage followed by drip irrigation or foliar fertilizer application, cucumber may have batter growth performance.
