摘要

問卷是社會及行為科學研究中，最常被用來收集資料的方法之一。本篇以第一作者在民國八十五年職能治療學會雜誌中發表的文章「從心理計量的觀點看測量工具的發展」為藍圖（姚開屏，1996a），從古典測驗理論的角度，並實際用本篇第二作者所進行的國科會資助大專生研究計畫——編製「健康相關生活品質」問卷為例（陳坤虎，1997），來說明編製一份問卷的過程。

Questionnaire is one of the most popular data collection instruments in the studies of social and behavioral sciences. On the basis of the viewpoints of the first author's paper published in the Journal of the Occupational Therapy Association of the R.O.C. (1996a), this article demonstrates the process of constructing a questionnaire by using the second author's research project on ”health-related quality of life”.
