十五人制橄欖球運動爭邊球主導權的獲取與訓練

摘要

在當今世界橄欖球運動不斷的強調控球權的潮流中，爭邊球的獲球權，儼然成爲橄欖球比賽取得勝利的重要因素之一，然而在2009年世界橄欖球總會新規則的公佈後，可同時強化爭邊球爭球的競爭優勢。本文即透過文獻整理分析，針對新規則公布實施後對於爭邊球戰術的發展、訓練及運用提出訓練方法與相關見解。取得戰術發揮空間和快速得到制空權的能力，即爲爭邊球贏取球權的必要條件，爭邊球獲取球權之關鍵，就是空間和速度的競爭，亦是爭邊球訓練的重點。
