椰纖應用於無土栽培介質之研究

Coconut Fiber Applied on SoillessCulture Media

摘要


本研究係利用椰子纖維與聚乙烯醇水溶液且添加不同比例之壓克力樹脂,經充分均勻混合後微波發泡製作出各式纖維集合體當作無土栽培之樣本。探討不同壓克力樹脂添加之比例,對其發泡效果與發泡的成型性和物性的影響。實驗結果顯示,椰纖與聚乙烯醇水溶液和壓克力樹脂比例為2:3:0.15時具有最佳成型性;且添加壓克力樹脂後之pH值為5.7,EC值為1.7ms/cm,皆符合一般植物栽培的環境條件。

In this study, we use the coconut fibers and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with adding different proportion of acrylic resin which mixing to produce soil culture medium by microwave. The purpose of adding acrylic resin ratio, the foamed effect and the foam forming and physical properties. The results show that coconut fiber and PVA solution and acrylic resin, when the ratio of 2:3 :0.45 has the best format ion. Add acrylic resin, water holding capacity of the first 4 hours to 6 hours about 80% to 65%, then have add acrylic resin pH is 5.7, EC is 1. 7ms/cm and comply with the general environmental conditions of plant cultivation.
