成年男性身體組成與不同姿勢之良導絡生物能量的相關比較分析

The Analysis and Correlation between Body Composition and Ryodoraku on Male Adults

摘要


目的:本研究是在探討成年男性身體組成與不同姿勢的良導絡生物能量值的比較分析,提供作為健康促進和疾病預防的參考,生物電阻抗測量系統的身體組成分析儀與良導絡生物能量值的測量系統,應用在健康領域的研究已相當普遍,其理論基礎是應用阻抗與電流及電壓之關係而成。方法:本研究之6位成年人之平均年齡23.4±1.1歲,身高173.2±4.5公分,體重69.5±7.4公斤,身體質量指數(BMI) 23.6±1.4。受試者在溫度26°C和47%的相對濕度環境中身體組成,以站姿量測身體組成,並以仰臥、坐姿及站姿測量良導絡之生物能量值。所有數據分析使用視窗的2003Excel 軟體處理,並用t-test及積差相關統計分析,顯著水準設定為α=.05。結果:實驗顯示ST(80.62μA)及SE(78.67μA)的生物能量大於LI(60.39μA)。身體組成分析顯示:細胞內液、細胞外液、體脂肪重、肌肉重、蛋白質重、骨質重、體脂肪率。身體組成與不同姿勢之良導絡生物能量值的相關不顯著。討論:身體組成與不同姿勢之良導絡生物能量值的相關不顯著的原因,可能與樣本數太少有關。結論︰本研究在不同身體姿勢的生物能量與身體組成之上下比值與左右比值相關未達顯著差異。建議:後續研究應增加樣本數,進一步分析相關因素。

Purpose: The aim of this research was to compare different position measurements between the body composition analysis instrument and Ryodoraku measuring system in order to generate references for health promotion and disease prevention. Methods: Subjects were measured with their Ryodoraku bio-energy in supine (SU), sitting (SE) and standing (ST) positions, and measuring system in standing (ST) position, in an environment with a temperature of 26°C and a relative humidity of 47%. All the data gathered were analyzed using the software of Excel 2003 for Window, with t-test and product-moment correlation observed. The significant level, the α value, was set to be .05. Results: The results indicate that the bio-energy of both ST and SE were greater than that of the SU. There was no significant correlation of left/right ratio, or upper/lower ratio between body composition and Ryodoraku. Conclusion: It concludes that there is no significant correlation of upper/ lower ratio and left/ right ratio between bio-energy of different positions and body composition. The next research will be added more samples as to analyze the factors of correlation.
