「空中藥房」場域隱藏的權力關係與利益

本研究的主要目的，在分析與揭露「空中藥房」（廣播賣藥節目）再生產過程中隱蔽的權力關係，以及隱藏於權力關係中的利益。通過深度訪談與內容分析，筆者發現在「空中藥房」場域中，政治場域（包括行政機關及民意代表〉、合法與非法電台業者、製藥廠商的權力和能獲得的利益優於其他行動者（如電台聽眾）。尤其是民意代表對行政機關的執法成效、合法與非法電台的經營都影響甚大。本研究還發現在「空中藥房」場域中，常民和「空中藥房」場域中的其他行動者比較起來，包括經濟資本、文化資本、社會資本等都是處於相對貧乏的情況。基於依賴賣藥電台提供的台語節目內容、時事與健康資訊、生活娛樂與人際關懷等，常民常付出有限的經濟資本購買電台藥品，換取精神寄託與對維護身體健康的期待。

The primary focus of this study was to explore into the power relationships and interests embedded in Pharmacies on Air in contemporary Taiwan. By using content analysis and in-depth interview method, we found official authorities, legal and illegal broadcasts entrepreneur pharmacist could get more power relationships and interests than the audience in the field. In addition, compared with official authorities, legal and illegal broadcasts entrepreneur, pharmacist, the audience lack of economic capital, cultural capital and social capital, are the most disadvanced in this field.
