When the questions for the 2020 College Entrance Examination's Social Studies section were released, legal scholars argued that the legal-themed questions were contentious and could mislead students' understanding of the law. This assertion sparked widespread public uproar. The flaws in the design of these questions were not intentional on the part of the test designers. To identify and resolve the issues, it is necessary to analyze them from multiple perspectives, considering the viewpoints of test designers, teachers, and students. This controversy serves as an opportunity to address and rectify the problems present in the teaching of legal subjects in secondary education.
