因應新修正特教法施行細則高中職以下教育階段電腦化IEP之建置

因應近年來特殊教育法（2013）及相關子法的修訂，個別化教育計畫（IEP）的法定內容也與以往不同，研究者與有愛無礙網站團隊依據新修正的特教法相關法規以及特殊教育課程綱要，將原有愛無礙網站團隊建置的Web-IEP架構改為特殊教育法施行細則（2013）規定的五大項內容。依據各項情緒行為障礙處遇的資料來設計現行IEP法定項目首次出現的行為功能介入方案，提供六千多種學生可能出現的情況、策略及方法等。並根據教育部結合12年國教，現正推動的特殊教育課程綱要（2011）來建置Web-IEP中的學年學期目標資料庫，除了保留原本97課綱的能力指標外，更依據特殊教育課程綱要新增約八千多條之能力指標與調整指標，以建置更符合時代潮流的Web-IEP系統，使其成為高中職以下特教教師在推動特教過程中的最佳支援系統。

Because the new amended of Special Education Act and related Special Education laws, the Individualized Education Program (IEP) legal content is different from the past, so Daleweb for Exceptional Children Website need to build new Web-IEP system to conform to the laws. The project plans to conform to the new amended laws; we plan to change Web-IEP content to the five projects, and build new project - Treatment program of Emotional and Behavior Disorders, providing more than six thousand kinds of situations. Then we will build a schoolterm goals database according to the new Special Education Syllabuses. In addition to retaining the original 97 Syllabuses, more special education syllabuses based indexes and add the ability to adjust a number of indicators of about 8,000 to build more in line with the trend of Web-IEP system, making it the best teacher of special education process support system for teachers below high school level.
