Abstracts


本文以「中國歷史上的婦女與社會」課程為例,探討性別思考的歷史教學的設計與實踐。婦女作為一種社會族群,其形象與生活,隨著歷史發展各有殊異。本課程藉由史料與相關研究的解讀與分析,以及圖像、影片的賞析,嘗試從性別(gender)角度切入問題思考,探討歷史脈絡中的婦女議題。一方面尋思在傳統禮教與父系社會中的女性風貌,一方面釐清近代女權思想萌發的歷史脈絡。希冀呈現中國婦女在歷史變遷中的行為依據與生活面向,及從中透顯的社會機制與文化意涵。進一步也試圖透過本課程的學習與訓練,導引學生對歷史的認知提昇至理解層次,並且能敏察反思自我的性別成長經驗與社會文化建構的互為關聯意義,從中培養其理解會通、敏察客觀與反思辨證等諸項能力,以期符合通識教育核心精神的要求,並能完成通識教育責求達成的培養學生獨立思考與整全人格的目的。

Parallel abstracts


This is a course discussing historical education of gender sensitive thinking in Chinese women and society. Half of the Population of Human being are women. The history of women has been changed from ancient into the fore at present. It is an interesting subject that has attracted the attention of historians.Traditionally, patriarchy was prevailed in China. Women’s social position was low. In traditional Chinese society woman's education received less attention than man. There's the saying that ”the less educated women are better virtuous”. But since the introduce of Western thought of woman's liberation into China, woman began to have more education and liberated gradually. This course discusses both traditional and modern education tracing ancient thinkers thought of gender thinking and the introduction of Western education which had influenced the Chinese society greatly. Of course, this course will discuss women's living condition in traditional time and the changing of their modern education, marriage, career and social position and gender consciousness with comparative illustrations. Students taking this course should come to understand the Chinese society from gender humanistic point of view.
