公立幼兒園教師實施30分鐘大肌肉活動現況-以七位老師為例

A Study of the Implementation of Thirty Minute Gross Motor Activities in a Public Kindergarten

摘要


本研究採質性研究,以新北市公立幼兒園七位老師為對象,進行半結構式自編之「公立幼兒園實施30分鐘大肌肉活動現況訪談大綱」,探討公立幼兒園實施30分鐘大肌肉活動現況,透過訪談建立資料,經由分析、整理與歸納等途徑,分析結果顯示:現況一、實施30分鐘大肌肉活動的時間多在上午九點半至十點,考量用餐前後不宜劇烈運動及避免後續課程的連貫性;二、對於30分鐘大肌肉活動認知為只要有身體的活動(追逐跑步、玩遊樂器材等)都算是大肌肉活動;三、進行活動前不會事先設計活動內容。影響無法實施因素方面:一、幼兒園空間的不足及器材是否充足;二、教師專業不足又缺乏相關專業資訊的參考與研習。

The research is to discuss the impacts and the current developments of thirty minute gross motor activities in public kindergartens through interviewing seven public kindergarten teachers with in-house designed questionnaires. The purpose of the questionnaire was to understand the developments and affecting factors for thirty minute gross motor activities in public schools. After analyzing the questionnaires, the outcome showed that most of the thirty minute gross motor activities were allocated from 9:30 to 10:00 am with the consideration to avoid intense exercise after snack time and to maintain the consistency of curriculum. The precise definition of gross motor activities differed in individual teacher's interpretation; however, activities involving large muscles, e.g. running and playground exercise, were generally accepted as one form of gross motor activities. Most of the teachers did not specifically involve these activities in the curriculum due to the understanding that activities most of the four to six year old children performed already involved large muscles. Thus there was no need to expand the topics in the curriculum. This study also found that there were two additional factors that customized gross motor activities were not popular in kindergarten. The first factor was the insufficiency of the space in most kindergarten and the deficiency of the equipment for gross motor activities. Secondly, teachers did not have knowledge designing such activities. In addition, workshop and the other events/resources educating teachers on the topics are still limited and not easy to reach.
