Optimization Cooling Fan Position for CPU by Field Synergy Principle

利用場協同理論之電腦主機CPU散熱風扇最佳化分析

摘要


本研究係為電腦主機CPU散熱風扇最佳化分析。利用場協同理論分析電腦主機內熱風扇位置對主機CPU散熱的冷卻評估並用Comsol軟體分析場協同角的性。本研究發現,場協同角越低表示速度場與溫度梯度場越平行對電腦主機CPU產生的散熱能力越高,也就是說場協同理論可以用來評估電腦主機CPU散熱風扇最佳化並提供散熱風扇設計位置的一種参考指標。

The principle of field synergy is to simulate the optimization cooling fan position for CPU of desk computer in this study. The parameters U, V, W and input position of fan are calculated to simulate cooling capacity of CPU for desk computer. Temperature and velocity fields are simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics software. Cooling capacity is calculated by field synergy mean square root method in this research. The simulation result shows that field synergy angle decreases while cooling capacity increases. It is very obvious that the better input position of fan leads lower field synergy angle.
