排球攔網技術實務及運用探討

本研究主要透過文獻分析法，針對排球攔網技術實務及運用探討。排球攔網技術，分為單人、雙人及三人（集體攔網）攔網方式。三種不同攔網技術運用在比賽戰術中，對比賽勝負結果有顯著不同影響，因此，提高正確排球攔網動作技術和改進攔網技術實務運用有其必要性。國內外相關專家學者對排球攔網技術曾經做過相當多研究論述，本研究擷取專家學者的重要成果，進行更深層次探討，提供今後排球攔網訓練與比賽實務運用参考依據。
