競技排球運動致勝因素之探討

競技排球運動隨著規則的不斷修訂與補充，促使競爭更加激烈，各種為求取勝利的手段亦不斷出現。本文嘗試從競技排球運動之特性，所搜集之相關文獻，並以筆者個人參與排球運動多年之體會，對於如何在比賽中獲勝，提出一些淺見，供排球界同好做為參考。排球運動技、戰術之發展特徵是比賽核心，更是主要致勝要素；科學及合理化之訓練是造就技、戰術發揮的基礎，所以對於當前排球運動特徵的了解絕對必要；後備人才是競技排球運動實力優劣的關鍵因素，避免造成青黃不接的現象出現，造成整體實力水準的下降，所以選材工作必須有效實施；各種國際間的任何交流型式，對教練及選手的幫助都很大，不可忽視；科技資訊及產品的應用更為致勝因素提供了很大的作用。希望藉由本文之探討，能對排球運動致勝要素能有更深一層的認識。

With constant revise and supplement of the rule, competitions in the sport volleyball has become more and more fierce. In order to win the games, various kinds of strategies are also struck out. In this article, I tries to collect relevant documents about the characteristics of spoil volleyball. And depending on my own experience of playing volleyball for many years, I bring up some rough opinions on how to win the games. Hopefully they are useful for other volleyball players' reference. The developing features of the techniques and tactics of volleyball is the core of games. Moreover, it is the key element of victory. Scientific and rationalized training is the foundation of developing techniques and tactics. Therefore, the understanding of the features of present volleyball is definitely essential. Successor is the key factor that influences the volleyball level. To prevent capability gap that cause the descent of whole level, the work to select players must be carried out effectively. Any form of international exchange is a great help to players as well as coaches that we can not ignore this channel.
