本研究的主要目的為探討平衡木潮流動作與技術發展趨勢,平衡木是女子競技體操運動的四個競賽項目之一,強調平衡感和專注力的運動表現,選手必須在規格高125公分、長5公尺、寬10公分的平衡木上實施動作,依循規則的要求欲獲取高分,必須具備堅韌的意志力去挑戰與創新高難度動作。方法:以參加102、103全國大專運動會,女子競技體操平衡木單項決賽動作分析,以女子平衡木單項決賽各8名,共16名之女子競技體操選手為研究對象,以現場觀察紀錄、影片觀察、資料收集及統計分析。結果:整套動作完成的型態有三種:1.單動作2.二連接技巧串3.二連接舞蹈串;上木動作多選擇簡單A難度,下法多為C難度,木中技巧串最高難度組合為D+B,體操串為C+C難度組合,下法為C最高難度。結論:技巧動作挺身前空翻、側空翻、團身側空翻橫木站立、團身前空翻等D難度;舞蹈動作以結環羊跳D難度及交換分腿跳、舉腿轉體360°為C難度、下法直體前空翻轉體360℃難度等,D難度技巧動作與C難度舞蹈動作是構成平衡木選手D難度分值的主要技巧選擇趨勢,也是增加連結價值加分的主要技巧動作。
The purpose of this research is to study new routine trend and the technical development of Balance Beam. Balance Beam is one of the four events in women's artistic gymnastics competition. It emphasizes the balance feeling and athletic concentration. The gymnasts must perform on the 125 cm height, 5 meters long and 10 cm wide beam. In order to reach the high score the gymnasts must face the challenge with strong will and creativity that overcome the high difficult actions. Method: Take the data from the 102 and 103 National College Gymnastics Competition; the samples are the best 16 gymnasts, 8 from the 102 and 8 from the 103 National College Gymnastics Competition women's balance beam scores. The method used includes observation at competition floor and video tapes, data collection and statistic analysis. Result: There are three categories for completion of the whole set of routine: 1. single action 2. two connection action 3. two connection dance, The mounts are generally simple A difficulty, dismounts are C difficulty and on the beam are most difficult combination of D+B, gymnastic routine are C+C difficulty and dismounts are most difficult C. Conclusion: technical movement, free walkover fwd, free cartwheel, salto swd tucked take off fwd from one to side stand, salto fwd tucked to cross stand are D difficulty routine and C difficulty dance are the main technical selected trend for D difficulty score, it is also the main technical action of increasing the connection plus.
