彼拉提斯訓練藉由輔助工具增強肌耐力之研究-以逢甲大學舞韻代表隊為例

A Study on the Enhancement of Pilates Training Effect by Auxiliary Tools-A Case Study of Feng-Chia Performance School Team

摘要


本研究主要探究彼拉提斯訓練對舞者肌力之表現,進而增加舞蹈行進中的穩定度。以逢甲大學舞韻表演代表隊學生為施測對象,並配合輔助道具-柔軟球,增加訓練強度以及提升肌耐力、協調平衡和加大身體的可動範圍等訓練,進一步區分實驗組與徒手組進行比較。結果顯示,實驗組的體能表現前測及後測間有明顯的進步,成長幅度遠大於徒手組,證實增加輔助工具在彼拉提斯運動確實更能有效提升肌耐力,增進代表隊員的體能使代表隊員體能表現更加突出,因此將輔助工具加入彼拉提斯以強化訓練,可快速加強身體機能以外,同時也進一步提升舞蹈表現之穩定。

This study mainly explored the performance of Pilates training on the strength of dancers, thus increasing the dancing stability. The dance team's members of Feng Chia University were the main test objects, and tested with the auxiliary props - soft ball, through enhancing the difficulty of training, improving muscle endurance, stretching exercises, and balance training etc., to further distinguishing and comparing the difference between the test group and the control group. The results showed that the physical performance of the test group had significant improvement after test, degree of progress is far greater than the control group. We learned that through the Pilates movement really could enhance the muscle endurance and physical fitness of dance team's members, and if used the auxiliary props even could more effectively strengthen the muscle endurance to made members of dance team have better performance. Therefore, used of auxiliary tools to join the Pilates to strengthen training, not only could quickly strengthen the body function, but further enhance the stability of dance performance.
