This study mainly explored the performance of Pilates training on the strength of dancers, thus increasing the dancing stability. The dance team's members of Feng Chia University were the main test objects, and tested with the auxiliary props - soft ball, through enhancing the difficulty of training, improving muscle endurance, stretching exercises, and balance training etc., to further distinguishing and comparing the difference between the test group and the control group. The results showed that the physical performance of the test group had significant improvement after test, degree of progress is far greater than the control group. We learned that through the Pilates movement really could enhance the muscle endurance and physical fitness of dance team's members, and if used the auxiliary props even could more effectively strengthen the muscle endurance to made members of dance team have better performance. Therefore, used of auxiliary tools to join the Pilates to strengthen training, not only could quickly strengthen the body function, but further enhance the stability of dance performance.
