自行車道服務品質、周邊設施滿意度與休閒效益之研究－以高雄市愛河連接蓮池潭自行車道系統為例
The Analysis on the Satisfaction of Service Quality and Surrounding Equipment and Leisure Benefits in a Bikeway-The Kaohsiung Love River-Lotus Lake Bicycle Path System as a Case
摘要
本研究旨在探討自行車道服務品質與周邊設施滿意度調查以高雄市愛河連接蓮池潭自行車道系統為例之研究。採用問卷調查法，以高雄市愛河連接蓮池潭自行車道系統騎乘者為受訪者，采便利取樣共發放230份問卷，有效問卷204份。問卷調查資料經SPSS for Windows 17.0版統計軟體以因素分析、信度分析，描述性統計等統計法進行資料處理。結果如下：1.高雄愛河自行車道的路線規劃以及環境滿意度3.90是三項滿意度調查中最高，出租管理和推廣服務的滿意度3.43是最低的。2.自行車道的休閒效益結果高達4.17。3.不同教育背景在休閒效益方面F值為3.549*研究所以上明顯高於高中職。4不同居住地在路線規劃滿意度及休閒效益F值分別為3.703*及4.940*均達顯著性差異。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of service quality and surrounding equipment and leisure benefits on the bike path system connecting Love river and Lotus lake in Kaohsiung. The questionnaire was designed for the study. The subjects included the 230 bicycle drivers in the bike path system. A total 204 effective questionnaire were retrived in final. The data were proccessed by factor analysis, reliability analysis and showed in descriptive statistics. The SPSS 17.0 was used in statistics. The results showed that: 1. The most higher satisfaction was in path design and surroundind equipments, and it scored 3.9. The lowest satisfaction was in rent management and promotion service, and it scored 3.43. 2. The score of total leisure benefits was 4.17. 3. There was significantly different leisure benefit between the people with different education background, and the F value was 3.549. The value of which in graduadate people is significantly greater than that in senior high age people. 4. There were significantly different satisfaction and leisure benefit between the people with different location of hometown, and the F value were 3.703 and 4.940 respectively.
