正念體驗融入教學創新-以通識課程「正念幸福與創造力」為例

二十一世紀是「知識經濟」時代,科技發展迅速,生活節奏加快,社會也日趨多元化。對學生未來發展而言,創新思考、邏輯思辨及問題解決的能力,都是重要的能力。而「創造力」與「創新」則為一體之兩面。至於正念(Mindfulness)練習可以幫助人們提昇專注力與覺察力,應用於日常生活之中,學習感受當下即是,做自己生命的主人。因而開設通識「正念幸福與創造力」選修課程。本文,嘗試以通識「正念幸福與創造力」課程為例,從教學實踐歷程分享課程運作經驗,期望藉由正念練習的實際體驗,教學活動的設計,建構可以「對話」的教學場域,提昇學生的專注力與覺察力,喚起他們的學習動機與熱誠,啟動正念創造力,提昇學習成效,進而懂得享受生命中的美好。

The twenty-first century is known to be an era of the knowledge economy with the rapid development of technology, the accelerating pace of living, and the increasing diversity of society. The abilities of innovative thinking, logical thinking and problem solving are critical for students in their future development. Creativity and innovation are the two sides of the same coin. The practice of mindfulness can help people improve their concentration and awareness. With application of this practice to daily life, people can learn to be conscious of the being and gain control of their own feelings and life. Thus, the general education elective course "Mindful Happiness and Creativity" was established. This essay revealed the experience of leading this course, including the in-course practice, course design, establishment of an education venue that allows communication, and improvement of students' concentration and consciousness that inspired their learning motivation and enthusiasm. This course aimed at helping students discover their creativity, improve their learning effectiveness, and further enjoy the happiness of life.
