目的:本研究透過集中式與分散式跳繩運動,了解其對肥胖學童身體組成(體脂肪重、體脂肪百分比、BMI)的影響,並評估集中式與分散式跳繩運動是否有助於肥胖學童的體重控制。方法:採立意抽樣,抽取國小四、五年級肥胖學童36名,隨機分派至集中式訓練組及分散式訓練組各18名。訓練前、後,所有受試者均以Inbody 3.0身體組成分析儀測量身體組成。以重複量數變異數分析考驗二組前、後測是否有顯著的介入效果。結果:兩組前後測的BMI值、體脂肪重、體脂肪百分比均顯著改善,但組間未達顯著差異水準;而體重未達顯著水準。結論:集中式與分散式跳繩運動可運用於國小四、五年級的肥胖男童,以改善BMI值、體脂肪重及體脂肪百分比。如果施用於減重方面,則必須考慮受試者的身高成長因素或是需要更長期的觀察。
PURPOSE: This study was evaluated body composition (i.e., fat mass, body fat percentage, and body mass index) and weight control changes after the prescription of continuous or discontinuous rope skipping in obese children. METHODS: 36 obese children were selected from 4th and 5th graders and randomly assigned to the continuous or discontinuous group. Each group contained 18 subjects. All subjects were measured by InBody 3.0 Body Composition Analyzer before and after the training program. Analysis of variance (ANOVA), repeated measures were adopted to evaluate the control variables changes between the continuous and discontinuous group before and after training program. RESULTS: fat mass, body fat percentage, and body mass index were significantly improved after training program both in continuous and discontinuous group. There was no significantly showed between the two groups. Body weight did not significantly change after training program both in two groups. CONCLUSION: it showed that this program can be applied to obese children to cut down fat mass, body fat percentage, and body mass index. For obese children who intend to lose body weight, the growing factor especially in height needs to take into account or needs to spent more time to supervise.
