固相微萃取技術之原理及其應用

Principle and Application of Solid-Phase Microextraction

Abstracts


欲由複雜的基質樣品中分析標的化合物,樣品前處理是相當重要的步驟,理想的樣品前處理技術應具有免溶劑使用、儀器裝置簡單便宜、處理快速、有效並選擇性地回收分析物、操作方便等優點。固相微萃取技術整合了採樣、萃取、濃縮、及導入分析物於一個單一步驟中,故此技術擁有萃取時間短、高靈敏度及再現性之獨特優點。本文將介紹此項技術之萃取原理,並針對實驗參數及其於環境分析、食品分析、藥物分析之應用逐一說明。

Sample preparation is a very important step in analyzing target compounds from a Complex matrix. An ideal sample preparation technique should be solvent-free, simple, inexpensive, rapid, efficient, selective, and convenient. Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) integrates sampling, extraction, concentration, and sample introduction into a single step. This method has many advantages such as short extraction time, high sensitivity, and high reproducibility. Extraction principles, experimental parameters, and applications of SPME for environmental analysis, food analysis, and drug analysis are presented.
