基於物聯網之磁浮冰水機智慧雲端管理系統

Based on Internet of Things Cloud Management System of Magnetic Bearing Centrifugal Chiller

摘要


磁浮式冰水機具有高部分負載效率、低震動噪音、環保無油、低維護需求、智慧運轉等優點,為全球大型冰水機廠全力發展的新一代主機,惟設備所需之初始建置成本高;且產業承接技術後,將商品量產化之時程過長,皆影響投資回收年限及節能推廣成效,因此設備運維成本的降低將顯得至關重要。為了達成此目標,本研究將工業物聯網與雲端技術導入磁浮冰水機應用,建立一套智慧化監測系統,用戶可由遠端進行監測,即時了解機組運轉狀態並可快速進行異常排除,縮短停機維修時間及延長機組使用壽命,進而提高整體效益。

Magnetic bearing centrifugal chiller has the advantages of high partial load efficiency, low vibration and noise, environmental protection and oil-free, low maintenance requirements, and smart operation. It is a new generation of mainframe developed by the world's large ice water machine factories, but the initial installation of equipment is cost highly; and after the industry takes over the technology, it takes too long to mass-produce the product, which will affect the investment recovery period and the effect of energy-saving promotion. Therefore, the reduction of equipment operation and maintenance costs will be crucial. In order to achieve this goal, this research introduces the Internet of Things and cloud technology into the application of the magnetic bearing centrifugal chiller, and establishes an intelligent monitoring system. The user can monitor remotely, instantly understand the operating status of the unit, and quickly eliminate abnormalities and shorten downtime. Repair time and extend the service life of the unit, thereby improving the overall efficiency.
