船隻維修及保養所產生的資訊量極為繁複,除了船體本身的資料外,所牽涉的範圍還包括人力派遣、料件管理等相關資訊,如何整合這些龐大的資料並快速的存取,將決定船隻在維修與保養時的耗費的時間、服務品質與成本,而船廠能否提供適切的維修資料給船東,將可以決定顧客對服務的滿意度。本研究針對龍德造船股份有限公司之維修及保養的業務資料,利用自由軟體架構整個網站系統以降低軟體成本,並採用UML圖形化語言介面,對網站的完整架構作設計與規劃。除了利用網路介面來達成船廠方面的處理流程外,並將資料完整的存入資料庫系統中,如此,將整個服務架構擴展至協力廠商與用戶端,提供圖形化介面與詳盡的資料給使用者。本網站以自由軟體Apache Server為伺服器,前端以PHP程式語言撰寫網路應用程式,並配合後端MySQL資料庫運作。
Informations of ship repair and maintenance are diverse and complicated. Except basic data of ship, information about human resource and materials data management are also included. How to save and use these data fast and effectively are very important and will effect time, quality and cost of ship repair and maintenance. How to support information of repair and maintenance to customer, will influence customer’s contentment. Based on the data provided by Lung-Tec Shipbuilding company and use a 3 tier frame to create a web site for ship repair web site that capture physical ship repair and management activities. We analysis and design this by using UML(Unified Modeling Language) and use free software concept to choose PHP and MySQL database to complete this web site. Then we analysis data of database and try to prove that will effect shipbuilding process.
