全球經濟、政治、社會環境快速變遷,國內外各領域之大企業與集團,為維持企業與集團之持續發展與永續經營,在多角化經營策略方面更日益普及。 因此,本論文主要係針對藍天群光集團經營管理之多角化策略進行分析探討, 首先,探究國內外學者對集團與相關企業之見解,以及多角化定義、類型與經營績效。之後,介紹工具PEST環境分析法、標竿分析法、五力分析法與SWOT分析法等各式研究工具,並研擬分析步驟。 分析現有外部環境對電子業之影響,並以鴻海集團與台達電集團為例,並採用研究工具五力分析與SWOT分析,探究分析其企業集團多角化策略經營成功因素與經營績效。 接著,文中將詳盡分析藍天群光集團現有之產業布局,以藍天電腦公司與群光電子公司為主體,討論其多角化經營策略,評核經營績效,輔以研究工具五力分析與SWOT分析,並獲得相關結論。
The current business groups should grow up to bear the attack of the liberalization and internationalization in economic globalization. In order to keep the business performance continually, to expand to the operate scale by the diversification strategy has been proposed. The main advantages of the diversification strategy have the capability to scatter the business risk, expand business area and get the larger economic scales. Therefore, this thesis presents the detail analysis of the diversification strategy by the case study corporation of Clevo and Chicony business group. Firstly, the definition and types of the diversification strategy, business performance is discussed. Then, the theories and analyzed tools of PEST analysis、Benchmark analysis、five forces analysis and SWOT analysis have been introduced. Secondly, the impact factors between the environment and the electronics industries in Taiwan have introduced. Besides, the benchmark corporations of Hon-Hai Group and Delta Group have been introduced. The key successful factors and business performances of the diversification strategy based on the two business groups have been also understood though the analyzed tools of five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. Finally, the detail diversification strategies of Clevo and Chicony business group have been introduced and analyzed though the tools of five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. The research results shows that the diversification strategies provide Clevo and Chicony business group’s expand business area and the larger economic scale based on the analysis of Clevo and Chicony business performance. Besides, the subsidiary companies of Clevo and Chicony business group have been introduced for the further development area in the future.
