電機特性自動量測系統之建立

摘要


本文主要的目的為建立一電機特性量測系統,除了針對量測感應馬達的負載特性外,可再進一步應用於其他的負載,如發電機 、風力機、伺服馬達等電機特性之量測。本量測系統之建立替代了以前的舊系統 ,降低了成本,更可彈性的應用於其他各種不同的負載 ,如盛行之風力機亦可藉由本系統量測其特性。   感應馬達特性量測系統之建立係由伺服驅動器、伺服馬達、扭力計、離合器、電力分析儀等設備,結合LabVIEW圖控軟體與Matlab軟體的程式應用於感應馬達特性量測;由LabVIEW所研製的人機介面,可讀取的感應馬達量測的電壓、電流、實功率、功因、轉速和力矩等參數 ,並利用無載及堵住試驗量測之參數,經Matlab程式,求其定子、轉子電阻、 效率及轉差率等參數,且繪製馬達圓線圖;再將感應馬達圓線圖應用於不加負載的情況下 ,計算其功因、效率、轉差率、機械功率線及轉矩等,得知感應馬達的運轉特性。

The main purpose of this paper is to use LabVIEW software and Matlab for auto motor-analyzed. It will be done with three-phase induction motor controled by the I/O interface on the load-side.And we use digital powermeter to measure the motor data from no-load increase to full-load. At least, we take the data to design the motor chart from the no-load test and blocking test, then we can know power factor, efficiency, slip, mechanical power and torque etc.   The techniques presented in this project are general purpose and can be used to develop any electrical laboratory that requires simulation, hands-on experience, and the ability to run the lab over a network of computers. In this project, the author will describe how he developed the physical laboratory instrument by using LabVIEW.
