RFID(無線射頻辨識)技術主要的目的是用電磁場來自動識別物體。ZigBee是一種新興的短距離無線網路技術,它能用來建構無線感測器網路(WSN)、遠端監控系統。本論文研究RFID與ZigBee無線通訊技術應用於設備控制與管理系統,包括:系統概念設計與RFID應用驗證。首先,本研究規劃RFID系統的讀寫測試與專題實作,接著,以RFID整合ZigBee應用於設備管控系統設計。RFID模組可從讀取器接收與儲存資料,不需要經由網際網路,因此,整合微處理器控制單元所構成之RFID-Based系統可以取代PC-Based或Web-Based控制系統。除此之外,RFID整合ZigBee模組從讀取器(包括RFID模組和微控制器)透過無線網路(ZigBee)傳送資料到資料庫伺服器,並且,應用系統可以經由WLAN將資料傳送到遠端的電腦監控中心。目前RFID系統需要靠電腦控制,不過,除了PC-Based系統之外,RFID整合ZigBee無線通訊技術應是設備管控系統的另一種選擇。
The automatic identification of object with electromagnetic field is the major purpose of the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. ZigBee is an emerging short range wireless network technology. It can be used for wireless sensor networks (WSN) and remote monitoring system. This study is to research RFID and ZigBee wireless communication techniques apply to equipment control and management system, including system concept designing and RFID application verification. First, the research plan RFID read/write test and project practice. Second, RFID integrated ZigBee apply to equipment control system design. RFID module can receive and store data from readers without accessing Internet, therefore, RFID-Based system of RFID integrated micro-processor control unit could be used to replace PC-Based or Web-Based control system. Besides, RFID integrated ZigBee module send the data from reader (including RFID module and micro controller) over wireless network (ZigBee) to database server, and application system can send data over WLAN to remote computer monitoring center. At the present time, RFID system needs computer control. Except PC-Based system, RFID integrated ZigBee wireless communication technique should be alternative option for equipment control system.
