兩岸ERP系統功能需求差異分析－以銷貨及收款循環為例

摘要

在今台商前往大陸投資的熱潮中，業者對於大陸廠規劃的方式，大多傾向於延用台灣舊有之管理模式，而隨著企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning，ERP)系統的普及，企業主亦致力於ERP系統之建置及運用。然由於兩岸的企業文化、商業行為及相關法規等的差異性，產生不同之作業流程，如未事先分析兩岸在功能上之差異性，而直接套用台灣廠原有之ERP系統架構，將影響大陸廠ERP導入之之時間及成效，甚至建立起不正確之作業制度，影響日後管理工作之施行。
需求分析為資訊系統開發之第一個階段，亦是系統分析與設計之基礎，其為資訊系統開發之關鍵且最容易發生錯誤的部份，不適用的的需求導致系統開發或委外開發之風險大幅提高。常用的需求擷取方式有查閱文件、觀察、問卷、訪談、開會討論與聯合開發等六種。需求分析工具包括：流程圖、處理描述、藍圖及資料詞彙。
本研究以實際參與建置ERP系統之個案公司為研究對象，以其銷貨及收款循環為研究範圍，根據需求分析理論之基礎及分析工具，針對該企業在該循環中所涉及之實體、資訊與企業功能或企業程序及相關之表單，探討該公司台灣廠及大陸廠在銷貨及收款循環之功能需求及其差異處，再依分析之處理描述來建構其內部控制制度及彙整內控重點。最後，藉由個案研究所得之結論，對台商企業在大陸導入ERP系統時，在功能需求分析面提出實用性的建議。

Taiwanese enterprises trend to use the same ERP system models to implement in Mainland China. Due to the differences of culture, business behaviors and local lows may caused different business processes. It is necessary to finish with system requirements analysis before implementation of ERP system.
The research subject is participating and setting up ERP system for particular company, and research fields are focused on the cycle of sales and accounts receivable. According to the basis of requirements analysis theory and tools, researching the difference demands of the sales and accounts receivable between Taiwanese businesses and Mainland China alternatives. Finally, building up the internal control system and gathering the element of control system in according with the description of analysis. Then, offering the suggestion about the requirements analysis to Taiwanese enterprises which have planning for implement ERP system in Mainland China, through research conclusion
