評選第三方物流要素之研究-以家電製造業為例

摘要


台灣家用電器自民國40年初期的發展至今,隨著大環境的快速變化,家電製造業無不積極運用新興的技術結合物流及售後維修服務,創造服務之差異性來增加其產業的競爭能力,以穩固其在市場上的定位。因此特別重視生產效率與存貨管理,而將物流業務委外。透過專業物流公司的服務,達到高效率、低成本的運作方式,滿足顧客對於服務的需求與獲得高度的評價,使家電製造業者可專注於核心專長的發揮,以達到經營績效提升的目的。 本研究從家電製造業內在策略及外在環境之影響層面,採專家問卷調查之方式,得出四大衡量構面及十六項評估要素,再對回收之問卷運用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)計算出整體權重及排序。本研究發現家電製造業對第三方物流四大衡量構面排序為「服務品質」構面58.22%、「企業發展」構面16.17%、「成本因素」構面14.24%、「專業技術」構面11.37%。十六項評估要素權重排序前三項依序為:(一)配送服務滿意度」23.13%;(二)物品配送時效準確性15.79%;(三)服務收費標準10.39%。本研究結果導出對第三方物流供應商的評選模式,有助於未來家電製造業物流委外管理時,做為選擇供應商決策之參考。

Home-used appliance industry in Taiwan has been developed since early 50’s. With the rapid changes of the environment, electronical appliance manufacturers eagerly utilize new technology in combining logistics with after-service to increase competitiveness and their positioning in the market. Therefore increasing the manufacture efficence and inventory management acts the extremely importment roles ion the logistics outsourcing. Efficient and less-cost professional logistics service not only fulfills customer’s need and orginates in admirable appraisal but also enables the manufacturer to highlight its development of the core values and upgrade operation performance. This research focuses on the uses of experts questionnaire in studying the internal strategy and external environment of electronical appliance manufacturing industry, and requires four evaluative dimensions and sixteen criterias. This research applied Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to identify their weights and ranks by analyzing collected questionnaires. The four evaluate dimensions for appliance manufacturing industry in outsourcing third party logistics are as follows: service quality (58.22%); enterprise development (16.17%); cost issue (14.24%); and professionalism (11.37%). The top three elements out of the 16 are weighted and ranked in the following order: first, satisfactory with delivery service with 23.13%; second, accuracy of on-time delivery with 15.79%; and third, charge of service with 10.39%. An evaluative selection mode in choosing third party logistics service providers is then presented for electronical appliance manufacturers to make decisions in outsourcing and assigning logistics service supplier.
