本研究旨在瞭解桃園縣國民小學級任教師逆境商數與班級經營效能之現況及兩者之間的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,共抽樣37所桃園縣國民小學,496位級任教師。 本研究之研究工具有「級任教師逆境商數量表」與「級任教師班級經營效能量表」,調查所得資料以描述性統計分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、史皮爾曼相關分析等方法來進行統計分析。 本研究的主要發現如下: 一、 桃園縣國民小學級任教師逆境商數之現況為「中等略低」。 二、 桃園縣國民小學級任教師班級經營效能之現況屬於良好程度。 三、 不同性別、年齡、服務年資的桃園縣國民小學級任教師,在逆境商數整體或分層面上,有差異存在。 四、 不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資、教學年段的桃園縣國民小學級任教師,在班級經營效能整體或分層面上,具有差異存在。 五、 桃園縣國民小學級任教師在逆境商數與班級經營效能之間有中度相關性。 根據上述結果,本研究對教師提出建議:一、認識逆境商數,勇敢面對逆境,增進班級經營效能、二、加強親師關係,運用家長人力資源,協助班級事務推展;對學校提出建議:一、辦理逆境教育之研習,培養逆境因應能力,以增進班級經營效能、二、輔導受挫教師,限制逆境範圍,年長資深教師協助年輕資淺教師;對教育行政機關提出建議:一、統一建製適合教師之「逆境商數量表」,提供學校單位使用、二、持續推動逆境教育,獎勵突破逆境表現卓越的師生。
This study aimed to understand the current adversity quotient of the elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County and the current efficacy of their classroom management and the relationships between the former and the latter. This study used questionnaire survey to collect the outcomes from 37 elementary schools and 496 teachers in Taoyuan County through random sampling. This study used the “Teacher’s Adversity Quotient Scale” and “Teacher’s Classroom Management Efficacy Scale” as instrument and carried out the statistical analyses on the data collected, including descriptive statistics, t-test analysis, one-way ANOVA, Spearman’s Correlation, etc. The study led to the following conclusions: 1. The current Adversity Quotient of the elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County fell at “Slightly lower than medium level.” 2. The current Classroom Management Efficacy of the elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County fell at sound level. 3. The elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County, with difference in gender, age and enrollment seniority demonstrated significant difference in Adversity Quotient either as a whole or at different tier respectively. 4. The elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County, with difference in gender, age, marital status, enrollment seniority, and tier, demonstrated significant difference in classroom management efficacy as a whole or at separate tier respectively. 5. The Adversity Quotient and the Classroom Management Efficacy of the elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County demonstrated “Moderate Correlation.” On the basis of the said results of this study, the author would present suggestions as the follows: Firstly, to school teachers: 1. Realize Adversity Quotient, face up advert situations bravely and enhance classroom management efficacy; 2. Strengthen parent – teacher relationship, make use human resource of the parents, and help develop class affairs. Secondly to the school administration staff: 1. Hold workshops on Adversity Education, cultivate ability of addressing adversity and enhance classroom management efficacy; 2. Provide counseling to frustrated teachers, restrain range of adversity and have senior/experienced teachers give helping hands to new blood teachers. And lastly to education authorities: 1. Formulate and establish an “Adversity Quotient Scale” tailored to the needs of teachers and release/publish it to schools for applications; 2. Maintain promotion of anti-adversity training and recognize/award the teachers and students with excellent performance in addressing adversity.
