Modern methods of industrial equipment control are most often based on connections with industrial network. In this thesis we have developed a data-monitoring system that is connected to industrial network. This system tracks the data emitted and accepted by the monitored equipment, and stores them as reference value. As the equipment works this system continues to monitor the data, and warns the operator if the data do not conform to regular patterns. This can remind the operator to fix or maintain the equipment before it fails completely. There are two components in this system, a data tracking and analyzing mode, and a data monitoring and warning device. The first can help design industrial network systems and eliminate network malfunctions, while the latter can be applied in maintenance of industrial equipment.
