自動化鏟花加工技術建立

摘要


在不斷要求高精度且自動化的製造業中,每項加工技術都扮演著重要的角色,其中鏟花因可消除世代誤差故佔有不可缺少的地位,然而大部份的鏟花作業仍停留在人工加工的方式進行。 本文運用鏟花機構裝置於三軸移動帄台工具機後,將工件表面上需鏟花的座標或全工件表面佈花與花型種類及鏟花深度,透過Visual Studio 軟體開發出人機介面程式作為控制,以及提出每帄方英吋高點數(Point Per Inch,PPI)及每帄方英吋接觸率(Percentage Of Point, POP)運算公式,將控制鏟花機構進給量與編譯加工路徑,另外,公式計算結果可由程式模擬繪出排列形貌,可預先確認加工結果,再利用基因演算法步驟,規劃出鏟花加工較佳路徑,經由程式計算完路徑後自動產生NC Code,使用設定的自動化鏟花加工系統控制方式,將路徑傳送至工具機使其目標定位結束完成,程式再啟動鏟花機構進行花紋與深度的鏟花加工,建立一台具機電整合系統之自動鏟花工具機。

In the present CNC machine tool industry, it requires high precision and automation for every manufacturing process and assembling process. Among the processes, the scarping technology plays an important role to eliminate accumulated tolerance from machine tool.However by now, most of the scraping works are still operated manually. The traditional process of scraping is time-consuming and tedious. The scraping and its adjunct measuring process need very high experienced skill. Skilled craftsman must practice for a long time to acquire the hand or power scraping technique. This study is to aim at the realization of intelligent automation for the scraping work. An automatic scraping system which consists of a 3-axis CNC machine tool and an automatic scraping mechanism was developed in this research. A C#-language based user interface is also developed in this research. This user interface can automatically determine the scrap location, scrap depth and scrap pattern of the work surface, hence generate a set of NC code and sent to the machine tool for processing the scraping operation. This automatic scraping system can perform four types of scrap patterns and various scarping density to fulfill different POP and PPI requirement.The mechtronics integration of this prototype automatic scraping system and its test result are also described in this thesis.
